I told you I would use the Full Body Project for inspiration for my Love Your Body series. Here it is. I feel like the photo Nimoy composed is directly inspired by Botticelli’s the Fates, which is a classic. I enjoyed painting this and chose to make the outside fates in primary colors and the central one as the secondary color they make when mixed. Painted in watercolors in ArtRage on my iPad. 2/28/2015

This drawing is of an online friend dressing as she’d expect Lizzy Bennet to dress today. I loved it so much I had to draw it! I have brought back the Love Your Body series with last night’s painting. I painted this using the art rage ipad app and my stylus brush and stylus. I like the mood of this pose, the idea of a woman holding herself. 2/21/2015

This is a bit messy, but I like it messy sometimes. This Love Your Body piece isn’t inspired by one photograph but a collection of them. I created this without the use of of a model. I like how the quick lines and subtle color creates some emotion in this piece.
