Sense 8 & 8 Superfood Salad – Spoiler Free!

Sense 8 is perhaps the one Netflix series that uses the format of binge watching in it’s story telling medium. Written into four episode acts this series does more for the screen than the traditional delivery method could provide. JMS & the Wakoski siblings knock it out of the park with this series and I can’t wait until season two! Pair this with a salad i now call Salad 8, it’s got 8 “superfoods” in it and I add goat cheese.

I also talk about really cheap food that is good and delicious to help you through times of financial hardship. These meals were my staple when I was unemployed and homeless but not quite on the street, I became a full time house sitter.
