If I were asked to draw The Doctor, I think I might have just drawn eleven, not for any reason other then he is the current doctor.
The whole “my doctor” thing isn’t really true in my case. I don’t have a one doctor, I love so many of them, and not just the new ones. I think that’s what’s so great about Doctor Who, he’s the same man, but changes and well for someone with ADD that’s pretty ideal.
I started this tonight at my writing group, the group is called Best Word, we meet in a coffee shop most times. I found this great group through NaNoWriMo and I’m so glad that I did.
I took my cup, Liz’s book and papers and an errant pen and formed a still life for me to work on between exercises. (Great storyboarding exercises Liz) I finished it up when I got home and there’s something about this that I really like.
This was inspired by homeward_angel04 (on flickr) / @sunriserobin (on twitter) mostly to incorporate two things we love, Cats and Daleks, I mean, who doesn’t like both of those things? Also, it’s a bit of an in joke with our friend @Cat_Isidor (on twitter). So I tried to think what a Cat Dalek might be, this is my first idea… perhaps I might make a much more cartoony one in the future.

With NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) you have an average of something just over 1600 words a day, but if you plan ahead and write more in some days you can skip a day or two, like I skipped over a week when I was away in Florida.
With Art Month you have to create EVERY day so there is no working to get ahead or days off. So if your day gets away from you then your staying up late and drawing.
Though I have to say once I stop and force myself to create part if the world goes away and I get into this nice state if mind. That’s what this us all about.
the other difference is that this isn’t national or international yet, it’s just me :(
