Harvest Soup

Spence shared this Harvest Soup recipe with me and I made a few changes. One, I added pumpkin for extra creaminess, I had some left over from tomorrow’s episode, I added chicken for Tek, I didn’t have the right amount of coconut milk but just added cow milk, and I doubled the garlic and added ginger, at the very end I added corn. Still, in the recipe it says season to taste, so I think my adjustments are more than valid.

Thai Chili

A while ago Jay Langejans sent me this Thai Chili recipe, which is a hit among his children. It is definitely a different way of making chili, and there are no beans, but plenty of veg. We liked it, and I dig the blend of coconut milk and red curry paste.

Cowboy Chicken Nuggets

After learning about a nice spice blend Tek made the blend and it inspired me to take my Karaage method of making chicken but converting it for cajun flavors. I made this with Air Fried chips/fries. Check out the recipes folder for the recipe for the spice mix.
