Mad TV Mayhem Star Trek TNG Edition ep 2

“Space, it’s claustrophobic in here, These are the characters of the MPAT booth. Their continuing Mission- to preform brand new scenes weekly, in unpredictable combinations, to boldly challenge you like never before.”

MPAT studios proudly presents, Mad TV Mayhem, Star Trek The Next Generation edition. The boys in the booth are tackling the seven seasons of Star Trek TNG, for their first foray into television.

Following similar rules to Mad Movie Mayhem, each episode will have a random scene card drawn from the bag, that scene card will have a number for the scene and a number of characters. Then that number of characters will be drawn at random and in random order to preform the scene.

All You the listener needs to do is, guess what season and what episode the scene is from. Then send a message to The Master Piece Audio Theatre Facebook page, as fast as you can.

Five points will be awarded for the season, and five points will be awarded for the episode, the points scale from first place downwards. This means that you don’t need to know both answers to get points. You can send the episode name when it comes to you, and then follow up with the season when you figure it out, or the other way around.

The score board will be announced at the beginning of each episode, and will also be available on the blog post and social media posts. At the end of 24 episodes we will declare the winner, and they will receive the grand prize! Audio of their choice performed by me, up to an hour (got to cap it somewhere) and custom art by Denise Lhamond.

Leader Board:

  1. Steve Pritchard 10 Points
  2. Melissa Bartell 9 Points
  3. Nutty Nuchtchas 8 Points
  4. Joe Fiore 7 Points
  5. Mike Wills 6 Points
  6. Kreg Steppe 5 Points

Let the Muppet Revolution Begin!!!!!

Spiritual Tramp in his “Kerm Guevara” T-Shirt

Let the Muppet Revolution Begin!!!!!

I made this as a gift for my friend, since Kermit is a copyrited character (and yeah, i could claim fair use under parody) it is not a “for sale” item, and is just something I can give as gifts.  Even that was a struggle :)

Wear it in health my friend.

Daily Creativity: And now for some color, with Kermit (Kermit as Che)

Kermit as Che Guvera

It came from a joke, not sure how it started, we were up WAY too late and somehow I got it into my head to draw kermit as Che Guevara.  Kermit is always awesome, as all Muppets are, Che, well he’s a symbol some people think of when they think revolution, and his image is something hipsters wear to try and impress on others that they are edgy and counter culture.  For some reason the mashup of these two icons amused me to no end.

I do remember saying “You don’t understand man!  Kermit was there, Man!  He was there in the swamp, he made that rek to Hollywood, he took Manhattan, he was there man!”

Ahhh late night fun.

(EDIT: I changed the posting time cause I can do that :P)
