Cowboy Chicken Nuggets
After learning about a nice spice blend Tek made the blend and it inspired me to take my Karaage method of making chicken but converting it for cajun flavors. I made this with Air Fried chips/fries. Check out the recipes folder for the recipe for the spice mix.
