I am a huge eggplant fan so of course I am all in for homemade Baba Ganoush. I will say if this wasn’t so tasty and a million times better than store bought, I wouldn’t deal with the hassle of making it. The mixing is fine, but the steaming and baking and skinning and draining of the eggplant is a time consuming pain in the booty.
