Daily Creativity: Doodles from old sketches
Tonight I give you a doodle! I was on a long podcast recording and while I was recording I found myself doodling on a discarded paper from my sketchbook. Often I will start sketches, and not like where they are going, and if it’s being done in ink, I will start fresh. Iron Dragon, the mash up of Rory and Iron Man is the third in my series of paintings of Rory as the Avengers. For Iron Man I felt it needed the thick black outline, and I think it made the composition pop more. This is my favorite of the series so far. Ink and Watercolor on paper. 3/20/2015
Daily Creativity: There are two types of people
So this was inspired by a suggestion from my sister. When I was a kid my family was very involved in the local soccer club, all of us played, whether we wanted to or not. Everyone is fond of talking about how I would get distracted and was often found picking dandelions in the field more often than chasing the ball. If you know me, that shouldn’t surprise you.
