I bought the kind that you can print yourself, so the plan is to take them to Kinkos or something like that and get professional printing on them.  I chose to go this way because I really liked the invitations.  They are simple and minimalistic and pretty.  Basically because my dress is a light blue color and Fred will be wearing his uniform which is green for all of the decorations and other items I am going for a nice simple white.  The linens are all white, I want to order a white lilac bouquet (I still need to do that) and now the invitations are white, so this will look good I think.<\/p>\n<p>Now I just need to think of a good way to put in the invitation that the bride (me) will be wearing light blue so people don&#8217;t wear that color.  I don&#8217;t mind if people wear white, just don&#8217;t wear my blue \ud83d\ude42  If I was having a bridal party I would probably want them all in white.  I mentioned the idea of the mothers wearing white to Momacita and she was dead set against that.  More rules about weddings that I don&#8217;t know.<\/p>\n<p>Well now comes the hard part, the invitation list.  I still don&#8217;t have many addresses and it is frustrating.  I will figure it out I am sure.<\/p>\n<p>Still to do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flowers<\/li>\n<li>printing and addressing invites<\/li>\n<li>cake (need to order and confer with mary about decoration)<\/li>\n<li>Music (need to secure speakers and find out if Greg is still going to help with the playlist)<\/li>\n<li>rings (need to place the order, like now)<\/li>\n<li>hair (need to make the appointment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>is there anything else I am missing?  not sure, please suggest things to me<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So I ordered the invitations.
