so I WILL!&#8221; <\/a>and one of the take aways (everything in the article is worth while) is how many people I know personally who are ashamed of their arm flab and don&#8217;t feel brave enough to go sleeveless. \u00a0I knew my own issues with my arms, I have always felt my arms were way bigger than they should be, even at my tiniest I was ashamed of my arms. \u00a0It&#8217;s stupid and silly, arms have flab, without it we can&#8217;t put our arms up over our head. \u00a0Some have more flab that others, but it&#8217;s skin, it&#8217;s fat, and it&#8217;s nothing to be ashamed of. \u00a0In the last year I have been trying to force myself not to cover up my arms unless I&#8217;m cold. \u00a0I need to get over my own insecurities. \u00a0After talking to some people and seeing how that scares them, I decided I had to go sleeveless (and started using the hashtag #sleevelessandfearless). \u00a0For the past six days \u00ce have been sleeveless every day (I&#8217;m starting to run out of tanks) and my inbox was filled with thank yous and messages from people calling me brave. \u00a0It&#8217;s a sad thing that so many of us living the\u00a0privileged\u00a0lives we lead are scared of sleeveless shirts or dresses.<i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So I drew this in honor of the momentum I&#8217;ve been feeling. \u00a0It works well that the weather has gotten nicer, but all the more reasons to go Sleeveless and Fearless!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you follow me on social media you know that I have been reacting to an article I read lately, &#8220;Things no one will tell fat girls&#8230;
